The hotel had best possible and comfortable location so close to easy transport to rest of Jerusalem and Yitzhak Navon railway station for further transport to Ben Gurion airport or to Tel Aviv eg and Ben Gurion airport. Booked a room with a good bed.
The hotel staff was not particularly helpful.

Mike
My a single room was silent with climate control, ironing facilities, and an electronic key card. The staff were helpful and amicable, provided friendly services.

The staff helped us with everything. The room was silent and quiet with free coffee machine and a good bed, as for instance, had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was satisfactory and the entire staff was superfriendly...

What a really great stay, no complains at all. Good standard hotel in an excellent position close to Old Town. Silent and fairly quiet rooms with a nice view, too short bed, free coffee machine, and supper friendly personnel. Good breakfast — a lot of meals.

my recent stay at a hotel in Jerusalem was exceptional. the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel like family. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the old city and other tourist sites. the hotel exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return with friends.

The breakfast was quite nice with a good variety of options to choose from. The location was convenient, with the Old City being just a short walk away and easy access to public transportation for day trips. Another advantage was the spacious rooms, which provided plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to par.

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing, available 24/7 and super helpful when I needed an early morning taxi after the shuttle failed to show. The breakfast spread was mind-blowingly delicious and generous, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The coffee was absolutely jaw-droppingly good. The location was perfect, very close to the old town. The room was clean, quiet, and had a jaw-dropping view. The staff was super friendly and always ready to assist. I had a super stay with no bad experiences at all. Thanks a lot for everything!
